Advisory On Deferment of Implementation of Time Limit on Reporting Old E-Invoices

On May 06 2023, the GSTN has issued advisory regarding deferment of time limit on reporting old E-Invoices on IRP Portal.

According to the said advisory issued on May 06, 2023, the competent authority has decided to defer the imposition of time limit of 7 days for reporting old E-Invoices on IRP Portal for taxpayers having turnover exceeding Rs.100 Crores by three months. The next date of implementation will be shared by the GSTN in due course.
