CBDT Extends due date of furnishing TDS Returns (Other than Form 24Q) and TCS Return for Quarter-1 of FY 2023-24

The Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended due date of furnishing TDS returns- Form 26Q and Form 27Q for Quarter 1 of FY 2023-24 from July 31, 2023 to September 30,2023.

Further, the CBDT also extended due date of furnishing TCS Return Form 27EQ for Quarter 1 of FY 2023-24 from July 15, 2023 to September 30,2023.

The above extension of due date has been announced by the CBDT vide its Circular No 9/2023 of F.No.370149/109/2023-TPL dated June 28, 2023.
