CBIC lowers E-Invoice turnover limit to Rs.5 Crore: Effective from August 01, 2023
The CBIC has reduced aggregate turnover limit from Rs.10 Crore to Rs.5 Crore for the purpose of generation of E-Invoice on IRP Portal vide Notification No. 10/2023 Central Tax, dated May 10, 2023 to amend previous Notification No 13/2020 Central Tax, dated March 21, 2020. The said limit to generate E-Invoice will be effective from August 01, 2023.
