MCA extends the due date of filing Return of Deposits Form DPT-3 by 1 month till July 31

Many professionals and assessee are facing many issues on the MCA V3 portal, like login issues, Pre-filling details, Form download problems, etc. Considering these genuine issues, the MCA extended the due date for filing Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for the financial year ending March 31, 2023 form June 30, 2023 to July 31, 2023 vide its General Circular No. 06/2023 dated June 21, 2023 and the same can now be filed without any additional fees up to July 31, 2023.
